International Overdose Awareness Day events that aim to educate our communities about drugs can really help increase awareness. Trinity Family Services are playing our part to support the day by hosting an event open to the community on Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 11 am to 3 pm. The event will help you understand how overdose affects us all and how you can make a difference. We will have counselors available for assistance, information about how to recognize an overdose, how to obtain and use Narcan, a tribute area to commemorate those we have lost to overdose, and light refreshments.
