Noelle has partnered with Community & Family Resources to open up a session of her free Recovery Yoga class to everyone (even if they aren’t in recovery from addiction). This free yoga class will take place in Chauncey Swan Park on Tues., Aug. 27 at 5:30 pm. Come experience the health advantages of yoga in a loving and non-judgmental environment. All you need is a water bottle and an open heart! Most Tuesdays at 5:30, Noelle offers her Recovery Yoga class for free at Resurrection Assembly Church as a part of her 2024 AmeriCorps Recovery Yoga Project.
