International Overdose Awareness Day is observed to raise awareness and reduce stigma of drug-related deaths. It’s a day to remember those we’ve lost to overdose, acknowledge the grief of the family and friends left behind, and renew our commitment to end overdose and related harms.
Narcan Training and free Narcan and luminary bags with flame-free candles will be available. We encourage members of the community with lived experience to come to our event and stand in solidarity with the individuals who have been personally affected by Overdose.
