In remembrance of persons who have died from overdose, DHRAN drug user community-led member organisations will be holding a candle light night on August 31, 2024 to remember them and also raise awareness on the need for Naloxone to be available in the community. We will also advocate in-country at the planned National Technical Working Groupon Drug Demand Reduction and Harm Reduction convened by the Federal ministry of Health for the availability of community Naloxone. We will be supporting 3 members of DHRAN for the meeting, planned to be held at Port-Harcourt between July 18 – 24, 2024.
