We are coming together as a community to host an event that will provide training for the use of Narcan, including the kits, music by a talented local musician, an opportunity for people to share their stories of hope, recovery, and the impact of overdose or poisoning, and ways that we can help to reduce the stigma and provide resources and support. We will have a collaborative art project that will provide a chance for healing and remembrance of those we have lost as well as a way to leave messages for those who choose to. We will also have activities for the kids and fun ways to get involved. Our hope is to show up as a Block Party with a chance to share our stories and heal.
