In an outdoor setting, there will be speakers, naloxone training, harm reduction, etc. With this year’s theme of Together We Can in mind, the speakers will talk about how we can help those vulnerable in our community, those living with addiction, the unhoused. Later there will be a Candlelight Vigil memorial for those loved ones who died/harmed from substance use harms. Family/friends are encouraged to speak.
